Questions

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Start Pro or Family and you won’t be charged for 14 days. Cancel any time during the trial from Settings and you pay nothing. After the trial your subscription starts automatically.

What counts as an AI import?

Anything the AI reads for you: a photo, a link, a cooking video, or a scan of your pantry shelf. Free accounts get 20 a month; Pro and Family get 100 a day.

What happens to my recipes if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted — ever. All your saved recipes stay readable and cookable. You just can’t add new ones beyond the free limit of 50 until you upgrade again or make room.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Open Settings → Billing, choose Change plan, and pick monthly or annual. It shows the exact price and when it starts before anything is charged.

How does the Family plan work?

You get up to 6 seats. Everyone keeps their own account and recipes, and you share one meal plan, one grocery list, and any recipes you choose to share. Every member gets the full Pro set.
