Strawberry Cookies 'n Cream Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (15.25-ounce) box strawberry cake mix
• 1 (3.4-ounce) package strawberry creme instant pudding mix
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 drops red food coloring (optional)
• 10 snack-sized cookies 'n creme candy bars, (broken into small pieces)
• ½ cup white chocolate chips

Steps

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.

   In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to combine 1 (15.25-ounce) box strawberry cake mix, 1 (3.4-ounce) package strawberry creme instant pudding mix, 2 large eggs, ½ cup vegetable oil, and 2 drops red food coloring. The dough will be quite thick.

   Scoop the dough using a small cookie scoop onto the prepared baking sheets, about 1 ½-2 tablespoons of dough each. Leave at least 2 inches between them.

   Get the 10 snack-sized cookies 'n creme candy bars, and press a few pieces into each scoop of dough.

   Bake for 10-11 minutes. The edges should be set, but the centers will look underdone. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and press a few white chocolate chips from the ½ cup white chocolate chips onto the empty spots of the cookies.
