Kir Royale

Ingredients

• Crème de cassis liqueur ((see notes for recipe variations))
• 1 (750 mL) bottle of champagne or crémant de Bourgogne
• lemon twists (or blackberries, raspberries, lemon twists, or currants (for garnish))

Steps

   Pour 1 teaspoon of crème de cassis in each glass.

   Top with champagne, garnish as desired, and serve!
