
Rinse rice until water runs clear.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add the garlic, and cook for about a minute. Be careful not to let it burn.
Add the rice and coat with the melted butter and garlic.
Add stock, soy sauce, and salt, and turn the heat to high.
Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce the heat to low, and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat, leave it covered, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Fluff the rice and garnish with green onions and fried garlic slices.
Serve with your favorite proteins or veggies.
