
Cook the lobster ravioli according to the package instructions and set it aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir in the chicken broth and cook for a couple more minutes. Add the heavy cream and bring it to a boil.
Using an immersion blender, blend everything together to get a creamy sauce. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese into the sauce, then add the cooked ravioli and lobster chunks. Toss well. Add the chopped basil leaves and remove the skillet from the heat.
Serve the lobster ravioli in creamy sauce while it's still warm to enjoy.
