Ingredients

  • 20 oz fresh/frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup regular bread crumbs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • Chopped fresh parsley (to garnish)
  • Marinara sauce (to serve)

Steps

  1. 1

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to the package instructions for 2 minutes. Drain the water and set the ravioli aside. Use a paper towel to remove any moisture from the cooked ravioli.

  2. 2

In a medium bowl, combine eggs and water, then whisk with a fork for a minute. Set aside.

  3. 3

In a separate bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, regular breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Ensure they are well combined and set aside.

  4. 4

Dip each cooked ravioli into the egg mixture first, then coat evenly with the panko mixture. Repeat this step with the remaining ravioli.

  5. 5

Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F for 5 minutes. Once heated, place the breaded ravioli in the air fryer basket without overcrowding it. Spray the top of the ravioli with cooking spray.

  6. 6

Air fry the ravioli for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy on the outside.

  7. 7

Once done, garnish the ravioli with chopped fresh parsley. Serve the crispy ravioli with marinara sauce on the side. Enjoy!
