Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (~1/2 stick)
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup honey or agave
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¾ cup almond milk (or any kind of milk)
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries (~1.5 pints)

Steps

  1. 1

Spray an 8x11-inch baking dish with cooking spray and then add the stick of butter. Then, transfer it into the oven to melt while it’s preheating. Preheat the oven to 350℉.

  2. 2

Place the flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Whisk them together.

  3. 3

Add the milk and whisk to combine, then add the honey and whisk again. It should be the same consistency as a pancake batter.

  4. 4

Remove the baking dish from the oven and transfer the batter into it. Scatter the berries on top of the batter.

  5. 5

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center of the cobbler is mostly cooked.

  6. 6

Serve as is or with whipped cream or ice cream.
