Flaky salmon fillets roasted with asparagus and cherry tomatoes in a bright lemon herb sauce. Ready in 25 minutes.
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a large sheet pan with parchment.
Trim woody ends from asparagus. Halve cherry tomatoes.
Mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, dijon, dill, and parsley in a bowl.
Toss asparagus and tomatoes with half the herb sauce on the sheet pan.
Pat salmon fillets dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Nestle salmon among the vegetables. Spoon remaining herb sauce over salmon.
Scatter capers over everything.
Roast for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve directly from the pan with lemon wedges.
